This notice describes how Brown Dog Enterprises, LLC handles the information you submit on this page. A full privacy policy is being finalized with counsel and will be published at launch.
- What we collect: your email address (required); and optionally your name, role, game interests, and general location (city/state).
- Why: solely to notify you when NearbyQuests launches and to send occasional updates about NearbyQuests. Nothing else.
- Where it's stored: in Microsoft 365 services (Power Automate and SharePoint) operated for Brown Dog Enterprises, LLC.
- Sale/sharing: we do not sell or share your information for advertising.
- Retention: kept until the launch-announcement list is retired, or until you ask us to remove you.
- Your rights: you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing privacy@nearbyquests.com. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe option.
- Age: NearbyQuests is intended for adults 18 and older.
